Leading and managing the entire Search, Review, Selection and Transition process with input and direction from the Brand Marketing Team — all in 90-120 days. Services include :
- Assessment of marketing needs: Scope of Work development, prioritizing of Deliverables required
- Establishing criteria for agency evaluation
- Identifying and targeting potential agency partners (e.g., backgrounds, expertise, creative campaigns, talent, etc.). Preparing overviews/profiles on all agency targets
- Development of introductory letters/invitations, RFP and other agency outreach, relative to client search criteria, review process and timeline
- Implementing the first-ever video RFP
- Evaluation of returned agency invitations and RFP responses and creative reel submissions
- Setting all agency meetings. Making follow-up calls and fielding follow-up calls to and from agencies throughout the process, with the goal of minimizing client contact with agency personnel
- Managing the preparation and agenda for all meetings, briefings and presentations with qualified agencies. Attending all meetings and presentations
- Advice/counsel on narrowing long list to short list to finalists. Input on final decision of agency partner
- Assistance with new agency contract & compensation, including negotiation. Support and assistance/support in expiring current agency relationship and transitioning to new agency
